load capacity: there are lots of domestic gantry robots manufactures producing less than 30kg load gantry robot and only 10 manufactures are able to produce gantry robots of 100kg load; however, for more than 1000kg load, currently only ston can produce, and the largest load up to 4000kg.
quantity: so far, ston has produced a total length of more than 10 kilometers of assembly of beams and rails, 850 production lines and 3600 sets of equipment. the german liebherr company, the world's leading gantry robot company, has accumulated 25 kilometers of gantry robots in 47 years, while ston took 7 years to do 10 km.
category: most of the manufacturers under 100kg load are mainly single automation and partially automated industries, while ston mainly focus on the whole line, the entire workshop and the whole plant.
scale: one of the country's five major production bases and technology centers, with a total area of 35,000 square meters, and is expected to be more than 100,000 square meters in 2018.
